Description Of the Incident: Ok I was on a intersection when a guy crashed into someone else so I radio it in and call for a supervisor and a captain response and then they all got out of there vehicles and started escalating the situation so I try to deescalate but then a guy punched him and a guy started ocing him and someone pulled out a gun and shot him and then I putted him at gunpoint and I told him to get on the ground he didnt listen so I tackled him and the captain took him and I was trying to deal with the unconscious male while calling for LAFD and LAFD arrive so I tell them to back up they and I grabbed him and moved him to the sidewalk and I did the same with the other guy and I release him and he instantly starts shooting at me
