Description Of the Incident: I was LASD when I saw a male I dealt with later in the day for jumping into a car with out permission. I then put my ELS on and attemped to pull the car over to deal with the male. The car then crashed at the gun store. I was talking to the driver, till he pulled a gun out and shot me in the head. I then reported for RDM. After a couple of mins I was teleported here. Then I was told to go over to a corner by ves_al. I then explained my story to ves_al. He then teleported riles_jan (Shooter) to us and jailed riles_jan. After almost 10 mins of riles_jan asking what happen ves_al responded to riles_jan with "RDM". After almost 30 mins of riles_jan being jailed ves_al told him "You are being jailed for 15 mins for RDM" which then I said "He already severed his time from being jailed" and riles_jan said a mix of the same thing. after almost 40 mins of this and riles_jan not even being in time out ves_al left the game without finshing the report nor teleporting riles_jan or me back to the map. riles_jan then had to go.

Additionally, I’ve explained to him multiple times why he was jailed and why he was in the situation room in the first place. However, he refused to listen and instead started yelling at me.
