Why you should be a chosen moderator:

I should be chosen as a moderator because I have the leadership, experience, and strategic mindset needed to help SR grow stronger. I know how to manage people, resolve conflicts, and enforce rules while keeping the gang’s best interests in mind. I’m loyal, active, and efficient, making sure everything runs smoothly without unnecessary drama. I also know how to handle tough situations, whether it’s dealing with people outside the gang, managing disputes against other gangs we have beef with, or organizing operations. With me as a moderator, SR would get someone who doesn’t just follow orders, but makes the right calls when it matters most.

How you would improve gameplay (Roleplay Efficiency):
I would improve gameplay by ensuring a smooth, immersive, and fair roleplay experience for everyone. My focus would be on:

• Better Organization – I’d help structure operations, ranks, and responsibilities to keep everything efficient.

• Stronger Roleplay Standards – Enforcing realistic and high-quality RP, preventing unrealistic actions or power gaming.

• Conflict Resolution – Handling disputes fairly and quickly to avoid unnecessary drama and keep roleplay flowing.

• Engagement & Activity – Encouraging events, missions, rallies, protests and interactions that keep players invested.

Extra Information Guidelines:

- After being receiving an acceptation for the moderator role, it will usually take 15-30 minutes before you actually receive the account perk. Here are some of the things we do before you actually are upgraded:

- Put your name on the moderators/leaders list.

- Send informational messages to you regarding the role you received.

- Attach the 'Moderator' role onto your club account name.
