Give us an Incident Description: Foot pursuit was in progress when this user pulled up to the scene and started mowing all of us including the suspect.

What rules / offences did the player break: Mass RDM and Scene Interference

How long do you think the player be punished for: A week timeban or even a perm ban, this user also interfered with a foot pursuit and RDMed x3 officers and x1 suspect. I'm 99% sure this isn't his first time doing it.
