Description Of the Incident: We were driving as LEO, he crashed into us in either a stolen or spawned in LEO vehicle. We then tried talking to him and noticed that he isn't actually a LEO, which we then tried to arrest due to the fact that he was in a vehicle that definitely was not theirs. Then when we told him to step out, he didn't follow our instructions so we tried to roleplay it out by saying "*pulls out*", they completely disregarded out attempts to roleplay and then drove off without roleplaying, then we tried calling for a moderator, no one responded for a while and a while later the case was just closed without anyone ever responding to our call.
