A Little About Me:Greetings and Salutations everyone, I am huzzthief, and some may know me for as "kevn613", "BenPerished", "OnlyPerished", and a number of other usernames, but you can call me huzz. 😉 I represent Mountain Interactive as a Volunteer Moderator, within this position I am responsible for upholding and enforcing any and all regulations that are posted within the community, so make sure you're on your best behavior. I've gone community to community gaining experience for Community Moderation & Engagement, and I'm glad I have the opportunity to put those skills to the absolute max here at MI. I'm a people person, if you need a good laugh, come find me. I am extremely passionate about friends and family, I have nothing without them, be sure to show love to your fam!
Apart from video games, I am located on the West Coast of the United States, I am currently going to school for my Associate of Science in Criminal Justice as I am looking forward to joining LE in the future. I have attended a Law Enforcement Exploring Program back in 2022, and 2023. Throughout our interactions, 9 times out of 10, I may leave to get coffee. I've worked as a barista at a number of different companies, as well as a mechanic, landscaper, etc. As introverted as I'd like to think I am, I prefer to go out than to stay in, especially with a small group of friends, whether it's driving around and listening to music, or hitting up the local bowling alley.
Over the last 5-6 years, I've been roleplaying in a number of "Ro-States" such as Firestone, Mayflower, nUSA, and even Ridgeway, however the last couple years I have moved to Emergency Response: Liberty County, to Maple County, and now here. It's a struggle to find a decent community that has an exceptional roleplay experience, but once I found MI, my expectations have been blown away, the community is great, the game is great, and I'm content with what I have going on here.
Why I Joined Mountain Interactive:In the beginning, I was looking for an amazing roleplay experience, but after having dealt with a number of different people that would just consistently break rules, it started to grow on me that I wanted to be able to enforce rules so I could help provide other players a great experience, so I decided to shoot my shot for the Trust & Safety Team as a Volunteer, and I couldn't be any happier making it on the team.
I decided Mountain Interactive was the hotspot for me due to the great staff team the community has, and being given the opportunity to work alongside other staff & volunteers to help build my portfolio and to put experience under my belt. I was recommended to come to Mountain Interactive by a number of different people, mostly colleagues from another community, so I decided to give it a shot, glad to say that I don't regret it.
Favorite Games or Gaming Genres:Typically, I'm not big on video games, but you can't go wrong with Sea of Thieves from time to time.
Excited About:I'm excited to see where the wind takes me, life moves fast and sometimes you just have to let the man upstairs take control and steer you in the right direction. One step at a time, now I have to wake up at 6 AM in the morning to get to class. Have a good night guys.
