My Suggestion: Release the Santa Monica Police Department under a whitelist or make it exclusive to donors
Why This Would Improve the Game:
I feel like a Costal Police Department would not only breath more life into the new area, but also provide a more realistic experience to have more then just one police department made for LA to cover Compton, LA, and Santa Monica.
