Anyone Else Experiencing This Bug?

So, whenever I get killed during a gun fight while on a police team such as CHP, my game gets all bugged out when I respawn. I can't move my camera around by right clicking and dragging my mouse, I can't click any of the doors to open them and the only way I could solve this issue is by simply rejoining the server. I tried switching teams and trying this on other teams, but it doesn't fix itself. I just want to know if other players are experiencing this issue because it gets pretty annoying having to rejoin the game every time you get killed. If the community has any tips on how to fix this glitch, please let me know! This happens when I get killed while in first person using a pistol, AR or shotgun.
