Give us an Incident Description: I pulled over a Grey 2016 Dodge Charger as they had all their doors open, and as I approached it, I saw a Different 2016 Grey Charger across the street, and sensed I felt a bit uneasy, so I watched it. And I then see them aiming a gun at me, so I try and jump out of the way, but it was too late, and they shot me.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM, SI
