Give us an Incident Description: Noticing someone climbing out of the window at the back of the house, I approached the suspect, thinking it was them, and attempted to tell them to raise their hands. Before I could say anything, the suspect drew their gun, so I shot them twice. Despite being hit, the suspect did not act injured and quickly called for a mod to escape the situation. I believe the suspect made a report with no valid reason, attempting to get out of trouble without a legitimate cause. The staff did not respond, and the suspect proceeded to leave.
