🛠Improvements:
Disabled the ability for civilians to use handheld radios
Changed possible loot from dumpster diving
Removed dumpsters on top of LA civic center
Fixed 7/11 floating
Fixed 7/11 door
Fixed can collided bushes in front of dominos
Enabled collisions on A/C units on top of commercial buildings
Fixed dealership walls missing collisions
Muffled gunshots inside of the Precision Sporting Goods
Removed floating smoke detectors
Removed tree clipping through LA civic center
Fixed Rochester apartment windows; you can no longer use broken glass to climb into the third floor
Removed collisions on trash pile in the parking lot of Precision Sporting Goods
