Why should you be unbanned?: In the provided evidence, seems like I shot the suspect for no reason, however, I was on LAPD team at that time, suspect shot my tyres first then ran off to the store, I gave clear verbal instructions such as ‘Don’t move’/ ‘show me your hands’, it was dark in the facility and suspect’s sudden movement made me think that he was reaching for a weapon, I then fired shots. IMO this should be department issue instead of staff issue since it’s possible violation of UOF, I wish that this punishment can be appealed because I was on a different team, and the clip was not full and could not reflect the whole scene.(He was clearly running away from my patrol cruiser with one tyre popped)
