Why should you be unbanned?: I believe my ban was unfair. In my clip, you can see that I gave the officer a few seconds to decide whether to pull out his taser and tase me, but he chose not to. Additionally, I don’t think FearRP should apply in this situation, as it was a one-on-one encounter. In-game, I’m a known felon, and if the officer suspected I was purchasing chemical tables, he should have called for backup. Most individuals involved in cooking acid carry firearms to protect their product, so failing to do so was a clear mistake on the officer’s part.
Regarding the FRP claim, I was unaware that roleplaying the act of pulling out an AR was required, as I have never seen anyone do it. Even in LAPD or LASD roleplay scenarios, I’ve never witnessed officers explicitly roleplaying drawing their ARs. If this is indeed a rule, it appears to be inconsistently enforced, and the moderation team should take responsibility for properly clarifying and enforcing it rather than penalizing players retroactively. You could go to the gun range and find plenty of players pulling out ARs without roleplaying it, which clearly shows a failure in enforcing this rule.
