Why I Should Be Unbanned:
During a regular day in Perris, After I had stopped at Little Caesars, Opov#0 had pulled up Infront of my vehicle blocking me in, It was clear he approached me with the intent to cop bait me. Now in every RPD SUV or sedan, typically, between the 2 front seats there is a holster for Police issued long guns (Shotguns ARs, etc.) Given this I believed that Opov#0 was an imminent threat, to which I responded to by opening fire. Looking at my actions now, I recognize that I acted rationally, I didn’t ask him to step out of the vehicle, I didn’t attempt to remove him, I didn’t try non lethal force, Instead I shot him. I understand that there is no excuse for my actions and Opov#0 reasonably and rightfully banned me. I apologize for my actions, and I deeply regret them. And although the offense already been committed, I still hope that I would be able to get a final chance to prove that I can learn from my mistakes make amends to prove that I’m actually capable of making a positive change on myself and my actions. I hope that my appeal will be taken into consideration with an open mind, giving me the opportunity to demonstrate my commitment to making things right and restoring trust.
