I dont have much to say but since ive joined MI and played Jack has always been the staff member to go to i remember when i was first having issues this guy responded in the dead of night to help me get access into the discord after it broke for me twice. And even after some of his remedies didn't work he kept at it until it worked. Other staff members that i went to just gave me minimal response and moved on. But not jack.
