Give us an Incident Description: First interaction was at mail store, they are CHP in an unmarked Challenger with no lights, So i drive towards s&k and they shoot at me for no reason, then i put a gun to them and said get out you shot at me, then he says "i didnt shoot you r*t*rd" ALSO I REPORTED THE GUY BEFORE AND IT GOT DENIED, FULL CLIP IS BELOW
