Give us an Incident Description: I was driving down Perris as USMS in a civ vic, was pulled over for speeding even though the clip shows me staying under 45. I asked if I was being detained and I was told no so I left. A BOLO was put on me for evasion (after being told by one of the deputies that i'm free to go). I put them under arrest under violation of rights under color of law and they ran off.

What rules / offences did the player break: FRP

How long do you think the player be punished for: Depends on their history. A 1 or 2 day ban for the primary LEO and a warn/ban for the secondary LEO seems reasonable to me, but it's up to y'all.

Time of Occurrence: Roughly 2:30 PM CST
