Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because it wasn't RDM. I shot at the car since there were armed suspects inside that were fleeing and that were being a danger to the public. I prioritized the public, so I shot at the car to immobilize it and to prevent the suspect from fleeing further. Pretty much it was justified. ( Tennessee v Garner ) At the end, the guy who jumped out pulled a rifle and shot at us, so it couldn't be RDM if he shot back. The clip is not in full length; it does not show that the guy who jumped out at the end pulled a rifle and shot back at us. It was also justified to shoot since lives were in danger. You can also see that the pedestrian to the left stated, "Thats the guy that shot my tire".
I went offline and didn't even know there was a report made since the admin dodeg5 didn't even care about letting me know.
