Ban Reason: RDM
Why I Should Be Unbanned:
In the clip provided by the moderator you can clearly see myself shooting the moderator (who was also a cop on duty) and my friend. This was immediately called RDM, and I was banned without a chance to speak for my actions. However, this was not RDM as I had real reason to shoot both the cop and my friend.
Previously within my RP, I had committed multiple felonies, including two robberies that had gone wrong and resulted in a murder. This RP continued for/spanned multiple hours. During this period, we had stolen a car and ended up in a pursuit by the LAPD. I managed to bail from the vehicle shortly before my friend was forcefully stopped by a single LAPD officer (The Moderator). I saw my friend get caught and arrested. Fearing he would betray me to save himself, I chose to risk shooting both the lone cop and my friend in a desperate attempt at self-preservation. This can easily be seen as a realistic move by a desperate and distressed individual, as the cop was alone and without backup, lacking any overwhelming force to deter my character from committing such actions.
