Warning Reason: RDM
Warning Appeal: We stoped the person near BOA and he was cuffed by RCSO. RCSO deputy released the hold for fix the bug and he ran from us on cuffs. After that he hopped in his own car with handcuffs on. He started to drive away and I discharged my gun for stop him for avoid RP. One minute later he crached near BOA and a white dodge charger helped him but we blocked them near BOA again. The person who was in cuffs decided to drive my car in this time again and I hop in my own car while he driving and shoot him in head for avoid RP beacuse, if I gave him to chance to ran away, he was gonna countinue doing FRP NITRP etc. Thats why I shot him in head. I was gonna call staff but there was no staff in server. There is no reason for warn I think beacuse there was no staff, if I can call one why would I shoot him in head and take the risk for even getting banned or getting warn. That was self moderating. Sorry for this long story but I don’t want to pollute my record for basic things like this…
