Description Of the Incident: When LAPD CSB personnel were conducting a drug bust operation on a indivisual under the highway bridge, @blueman55op had his gas mask off while arriving on scene, because we didn’t know the suspect was cooking bricks, which emits a deadly gas. @blueman55op Took damage inside the vehicle as he arrived on scene with other CSB officers, and thought he was being shot at since his game was lagging, and he didn’t know that this toxic gas was in game. So he assumed the suspect was shooting at him, and returned fire. This killed @NichllZan . @blueman55op was Permanently banned for “RDMing”. After @NichllZan reported him. While in reality this is a LAPD IA issue, not a Mountain Interactive moderation issue. Since technically this would be a violation of the UoF.

Committed Offenses: False Ban.
