Dear Mountain Interactive Moderation Team,

I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to formally appeal the permanent ban placed on my account for the reason of "impersonating staff."

I understand that impersonating staff is a serious offense and I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. However, I would like to clarify the situation that led to the misunderstanding.

The message that resulted in my ban was a typo due to an auto-correct software issue. I meant to say that my friend is staff, but the software mistakenly corrected my words, causing me to unintentionally write, "I am staff." I understand that this may have appeared as an attempt to impersonate a staff member, but I assure you that it was not my intention.

I deeply regret this misunderstanding and any issues it may have caused within the community. I have always enjoyed playing Mountain Interactive, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to continue contributing positively to the game and the community.

I would appreciate it if you could review the situation and reconsider the ban. I am more than happy to provide further details or clarification if needed.
