Give us an Incident Description: I was assisting a citizen inside of the LAPD police station who informed me he needed help and someone shot at him. I attempted to gather basic information to secure the scene and help him when the user did a drive by shooting on us and the police station. User left after I returned fire. I checked kill logs and I did not kill him before he left. User left to avoid arrest.
What rules / offences did the player break: 5.) No Intent To Roleplay, 13.) No Drive-By Shootings, 4.) No Combat Logging(LTAA)

How long do you think the player be punished for: Seemed blatant, but whatever staff decides.
