Give us an Incident Description: Was running through a house looking for money as seen in clip 1 (I wasn’t conducting a robbery, was simply looking at dead bodies) and this guy tazes me and detains me and after he takes me out of the house and puts me in the back of his cruiser I ask him why he’s actually arresting me because I thought he’d just detain me and get me off the property after I learned it was a crime scene and he then put me in the back of his car and tries to say he DID tell me to leave and I asked him if it was on VC or text chat and he said VC and after telling him I don’t have VC he just says sad and continues taking me to the station

Thank you for submitting a player report to Mountain Interactive Moderation. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your report has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: Officer listed in the player report did not seem to violate guidelines as per false arrests, as you could in theory be charged with tampering with evidence or obstruction of justice as you are within the boundaries of a crime scene. They did seem to attempt to stop you as you were moving around the house in which resulted in a taser deployment, clearly showing that the house was an active crime scene to begin with.
