  • Reason for Ban/Restriction: The name. Just the name.

  • Incident Details: I was in game responding to a call when I was jailed. The staff member introduced himself and stated that I was going to be banned for my username. I stated that nobody had cared in the past and I had conversations with multiple higher ups in the past about this and they also did not care. Throughout my interaction with the staff member, I was respectful and understanding, as was the staff member. When I created this account, I did it to mess around, and here I am years later. I just don’t care enough to spend the money to change the username, especially given my previous interactions with higher up staff members throughout the years (I had previous bans in 2022 for “exploiting” to which I had voice called with staff members (Specifically NLACo, BayyouActual, and “Gavin”) I’m not sure if any are currently in the staff team), proved that I did not have exploit programs in my computer, and they allowed me back in. I also had multiple concerns about some staff members around that time and also gave my concerns to higher ups via voice call).

  • Supporting Evidence: I generally don’t have evidence to back this up. I am aware I am up for appeal in 30 days after changing my username. I just would rather not spend the money given that I have frequent interactions with moderators, and they never cared. This one particular moderator stated, “I do not care, that ends today,” which I admire but also feel is a bit harsh seeing as he saw my name on the leaderboard and did not bother to monitor quality of roleplay or any other aspects of how I interact with people. I’ve played this game since 2021 returning every few months and have run into the same issue before which has been resolved. I don’t know if the staff members I dealt with then are still in the higher up field here, seeing as it’s been 2-3+ years, but I just hope that this can be reviewed and considered.

I would also like to add that the moderator who banned me joined the moderation team exactly 4 days ago. I understand why they would want to be very strict on the rules, however… he told me he had been a staff member for months. That’s evidently not true since I read the announcement from last Thursday.
