Give us an Incident Description: so basically, I was responding to a call code 3, and brysongrant3 was playing as RCSO and ran into me driving on the wrong side of the road with no ELS, or sirens on which gave no excuse for that. He then tried to RDM me after he found out it was calling a mod(there was none online) but luckily sheriffs cannot tk, but I have everything clipped.
What rules / offences did the player break: GTA-D, maybe NITRP for the Attempted RDM
How long do you think the player be punished for: permanently, I think this person is trolling and maybe was using an ALT account
