Give us an Incident Description: I was chilling on my pole in front of S&K as per usual and cjconley9 walks by and randomly searched me and I go over to another cop to tell him about it and I was already thinking about how nothing was going to be done about it so I shot the guy who random searched me and right after I put my hands up, then his little buddy RIPXXXTINTOIN decides he wants to be apart of the avengers “imma save the day today! ahh” and shoots me in the head while my hands were up for like a solid 5 seconds (not even joking I literally had my hands up for 5 seconds before RIPXXXTINTOIN uses the single braincell he has to shoot me
