Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because, the situation has zero proof expect killlogs, And if he was not AFK he was FRPing and refusing to act as he is getting held (With the hold tool). Notes: I was responding to a traffic stop due to another USMS (1) was attempting to pull over someone for reckless driving which he believed he was a felon. (Also driving a Insert car that was fully undercover) Once I got on scene I parked and got out my car where the two USMS were talking to each other. I came up and learned that the USMS (1) that initiated the traffic stop was telling the other USMS (2) that got pulled over to get back into his car. I walked up and told USMS (2) to get back into his car. After I came up USMS (1) starting counting down for him to get back in or he will arrest him. Was USMS (1) stop counting and USMS (2) was still standing in the same place I went around USMS (2) and put him in cuffs. After talking to USMS (2) for a minute I tried to grab USMS (2) with the hold tool which then USMS (2) stopped talking. I then said “Come get into my car we are holding you” which then he started to FRP and not RP being held and put into the car. Which then USMS (1) called staff which none showed up to the scene after 5 mins which then we both agreed USMS (1) and me to just shoot him in the head Out of RP to get this over with and be on with our lives since he was not cooperating.
