Give us an Incident Description: On October 28 2024, At Approximately 1630 HRS, I was playing FiveM LA, when I witnessed a player following me, We both went inside AL’s Auto-Shop when I encountered the player and his friends both Brandishing-Firearms, The second player made a threat after brandishing the firearm as to “Watch It” for a comment I had made earlier, to which point I decided to discharge my firearm. A couple of minutes later, they come back and instead of the player simply spawning a car- he decides to shoot me after he had died.

What rules / offences did the player break: FRP/NLR

How long do you think the player be punished for: I honestly think the punishment should vary on past player history.
