Reason: This report was previously correctly rejected. You were in fact spawn/safezone killing as you entered the restricted spawn area and were shooting him. Regardless of the prior RP, you should not have entered the area with the intention to shoot him. If it was not for this rule violation, the reported party would not have committed the NLR violation that you allege.
