Give us an Incident Description: So I was basically driving and things get laggy on the Laptop I used he claimed I ran through him I believe but if I did I wasn’t aware as the lag interferes (e.g. Game pauses but GUI functions work). Also I have footage that essentially speaks for itself. However I was murdered by the two after being cuffed multiple times.

I believe RDM, (had to be done quickly device is dead)
How long do you think the player be punished for: So the main thing is based on your guy’s opinion it may just be a RDM Case Time of Occurrence: Around 6:12 PM EST
