Give us an Incident Description: I had a guy detained and was healing him and out of no where meoden_thanhnamTP21 comes and shoots myself, the suspect, and the other officers who were on scene. meoden_thanhnamTP21 wasn’t involved in the scene nor did he know that the scene was going on considering it was in the highway away from the center of perris. This raises suspicion that if the duo were known to each other and did have contact in which one of them was communicating on an alternative app then it would be breaking the Meta-Gaming rule. @3KR_Thrkd Witnessed it all and stated that the offender had done it multiple times previously to the scene that I was at.
What rules / offences did the player break: RDM, RSI, Meta-Gaming (Possibly)
