Give us an Incident Description: I was patrolling around town when this CHP hit me in the back (his lights and sirens were on). He then circles around me to tell me I ran a red light which I didn’t and I continue to tell him I have proof I didn’t. Shortly after that he lets me go so I drive over to a car fire and start traffic control. I hear shots to my left and see a civ standing there unarmed and along with that I see the CHP shoot him point blank. After confronting the CHP about what he did he tells me No ingles or something along those lines despite the fact he was just talking with me.
What rules / offences did the player break: 1.) No RDM (Random Death Match)
