Dear [MOUNTAIN INTERACTIVE],

I want to sincerely apologize for using the word “******.” I now understand that this word is deeply offensive, harmful, and rooted in a painful history of oppression and racism. Using it was completely wrong, and I take full responsibility for my words.

I regret any hurt or discomfort I caused by saying this, and I deeply apologize for any impact my actions may have had. I understand that words carry weight and that this word is not just a term but a reminder of a legacy of pain and injustice that no one should ever have to endure.

This experience has been a wake-up call for me. I am committed to educating myself further about the history and significance of this term and the harm it represents. Moving forward, I will be more thoughtful and intentional about my language, ensuring that I contribute to an environment of respect, inclusivity, and understanding.

I am truly sorry for my mistake, and I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. Please know that I am actively working to be better, not just for myself, but for the people I interact with every day.

Thank you for holding me accountable. If there’s anything I can do to make amends, please let me know.

Sincerely

Report Status: REJECTED

Dear @adamsejnu ,

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: Your ban appeal has been denied due to the severity of your actions, specifically using racial slurs, including the N-word with a hard R. This type of language is completely unacceptable and goes against the values of respect and inclusivity that our community upholds. There is zero tolerance for hate speech, and as a result, your ban will remain in place.

We encourage you to reflect on our community guidelines to ensure a positive experience in the future. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
The Volunteer Moderation Team
