Give us an Incident Description:I was running to SK then out of nowhere i saw a RCSO pulling out a weapon and shoots at a lady for no reason and then he left the server after he did that

What rules / offences did the player break:RDM and LTAP

How long do you think the player be punished for:Idk but perm would it be very good for this gut to go outside and touch some grass

Time of Occurrence: 20/01/2025 around 17 pm and 18 pm in HS argentina idk what time is it in another countries
