Give us an Incident Description:I was walking to my patrol car then this guy drives and crashes into my patrol car and then he steps out of the vehicle and comes out and kills me with no RP behind it

How long do you think the player be punished for:I would think a perm ban for this guy it would be to good so he can go outside and touch some grass.
