Give us an Incident Description:
So, I was on base as a Military Police officer, and then this kid drove onto base in a purple challenger (custom) and shot at me. I proceeded to pursue him off base. Military Police have peace officer status in the United States, meaning they are allowed to pursue a suspect in extradite circumstances (I.E a person comes onto base in real life and shoots and then flees the base, which in fact did happen a couple of months ago and made major news headlines, and the military police did pursue him off base) they are allowed to pursue until local enforcement takes over, which did not happen in game when I was pursuing him. One of the officers who watched me pursuing the vehicle spikes me after with his car after SEEING me chase the guy for longer than a block, and claims that he thought it was stolen even though on the radio I announced 3 times in all caps that I was chasing a suspect off base as a Military police officer due to the circumstances, and other officers responded on the radio and offered assistance in the pursuit. The officer that spiked me however, called a moderator, and attempted to hush me and report me for pursuing the guy off base without allowing me to provide my side of the story. This moderator that goes by the name “Val” said that it was not really necessary to report me, rather to just void the rp. Below I have provided proof from the PRESPECTIVE of the officer that spiked me, and the proof that the moderator who wrote the report encouraged me to appeal.
What rules / offences did the player break: False report which was encouraged to be appealed by the moderator who wrote it themself, and vdm by spiking my police vehicle
How long do you think the player be punished for:

UPDATE: I was scrolling through the player appeals and realized Curtis had been reported LESS THAN A DAY AGO. Just keep this in mind.
