Give us an Incident Description:I was walking on the sidewalk near little cesars when suddenly I see nhfg take out a gun and I see that in the middle of the street there is a sheriff and a civilian and nhfg goes and shoots the civilian without any reason of distant distance doing RDMing so I decided to record everything to report to nhfg and then I decide to try to go to the sheriff to tell him who the shooter is and when I go without having drawn a gun he goes and shoots me for no reason.

What rules / offences did the player break:RDM

How long do you think the player be punished for:Idk im not a staff but i would say perm for nhfg because all the time this was happening he was lying luckily i had the clip and prob that i was innocent but its a pitty that there was no staff.

Time of Occurrence: 20/01/2025. 6.26 AM HS im from argentina so idk what time it would be in other countries
Additional members involved/witnessing: There was no witness
