I believe this ban was unjust due to the context. I was responding to shots fired in the area and there was a subject on the floor bleeding out or dead I couldn’t tell there’s this dude standing right next to the dead body recording on his phone. so i tell him to back up multiple times another deputy is also telling him to get away but he does not listen., many chances were given before I pulled the stick out and whacked him. he then complied and backed up. the second instance of ‘‘TA’’ was when I was at Chinese buffet and I was backing up an officer and the same dude comes back up with his phone recording me basically breathing the air down my back that’s how close he was. I again tell him multiple times to back away from me or he’s getting maced. I had the spray out and everything and he did not listen so I maced him. right after i spray dude a bystander pulls out a revolver and smokes me for a reason i don’t know. turns out the guy was staff and he traps me after i get shot and bans me. he only had a clip of me smacking him with the baton not the OC.
