What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California

Here is video evidence of the incident that I was possibly banned for. This happened a few minutes before my ban occured.

as you can see in the video, the red charger was straight up parked outside our house, so that itself should negate the idea that this was RDM. We later fired shots at him after we realized he was a fed spying on us.
