Ban Length: 01 Days / 00 Minutes / 00
Moderating Staff Member: FirestoneParamedic/simonqc; 628784103625588747
What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California

I was banned from the game a 1 day due to FRP. I crashed into another player while going 100mph, as it said in the ban log (https://imgur.com/a/TgljuE5). From the staff member's point of view, it indeed did look like i caused the crash on purpose and was going at 100mph. After having a short talk with the staff member, I said that I thought I had dodged the crash, which I then later saw in a clip provided by the staff member that I hadn't. After saying I had a clip of me “dodging” the other person, the platform that I usually use for clipping wasn't loading which I then excused as it not clipping since I couldn't provide the promised clip. After a few minutes, the app had loaded and I reviewed my own clip, it did indeed show me crashing into the other player. This might have seemed like I have been lying to the staff member about dodging the other car, but I actually did not remember the crash at the time I said I dodged them. After then being banned in the game for 1 day, I carefully decided to rewatch the clip from my point of view. It showed me attempting to slow down and driving aside to try and prevent the crash. That didn't work and I caused the crash, but not while going 100mph or on purpose. After the crash I continued driving, as I didn't know I did something wrong at that time. But then after being told to stop my car by the staff member, I was informed about this rule. From their point of view, it indeed did look like I was going too fast and tried to cause a crash on purpose.
