1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
   when i first started playing los angeles and perris i got inspired by the both games (Los Angeles and Perris California) inspired me to help, so I'd want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team. My goals is to join with this chance to become a part of a this team. Because I play everyday I'm curious to see what it's like to be a staff member.

   I am an asset to any staff team because I have a wide of knowledge and abilities and traits. Above all, my skills I am a good staff team guy that values consistency.

   Yes, i am currently a admin in erlc in a good working server and i am a owner of a server thats running up so basically i have lots of experience with moderation.

1. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
   When handling a situation with two community members, I would first speak to both individuals to see their statements After gathering there words I will be going to look at the chat logs, then I will be asking both for a clip or proof to see if any rules were broken.

2. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
   Now some few months I ago i had to deal with a raid on one my servers on erlc but i have lots of knowledge and know what to do and I figured out why i got server raided.

3. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
   First I will look into them and look for the difficult ones and make them first. If I don’t have enough for the rest I will be a hard worker and ask for help.

   The most important thing for a Mountain Interactive Staff Member is to be patient and listen to your higher ranks. And to not mess around your commands and we always should help our community.

   First will be, Greet and Welcome: When a new member joins I would immediately with a friendly welcome, introduce myselfand ask if they need any help.

   My goals is to make to a make a good impression rp game community, and i have seen Mountain Interactive offers the best rp experience I have seen so far.I can face a challenge and i am determined to help others and our community i always wanted to be a staff member of mountain interactive its my dream so i think i have what it takes.
