Why I Should Be Unbanned: The reason why i believe i should be unbanned is because when i was siting in my car when i witness a shoot out and the officer that was knocked on the floor concise so i watch for a few then i got out my car and saw that no one was going to help so i shot him. and grab his weapons i did this Infront to mod and he seemed to be fine with it. to further prove my case i will use the clip, as you can see in the clip you can see me in the hellcat while the officer is having shootout and before i killed while he on the ground bleeding i waited a good 40 secs before i shot and i told i was going to do but you cant hear my vc.
