Give us an Incident Description: While booking somebody for an offense their friend RDMED myself, and him so he wouldn’t be booked. The booked suspect told him to kill him before I left the scene but it was PT so he didn’t have a gun. I can give the recording of their interaction if necessary.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM x2 , Scene interference, FRP.

How long do you think the player be punished for: As long as possible this is blatant.
