Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?: Because I think It would be the best team I first joined this game And saw a staff member I want to become one of them, And so I`m Doing it right now and I have lots of experience with moderating people, how to handle stuff. when I saw that the application was open I thought Dance I had lots of experience I may as well apply, to become staff again but in this game. So that’s what I’m trying And if I pass this Then I would help out Alot with the community and I would love to that. When I saw how much cooler they are then I said man I may Aswell try I mean what’s the worst, And also anther thing is when I get a chance then I go for it. And I’m not afraid to try anything.

  2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?: So my strengths are that I`m really good at socialization And helping people when needed, another thing is when I’m focused that means I’m on the best I can do.

  4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?: Alright so the first step is to calm it down and then to say alright what seems to be the problem? And the next step is to help them figure it them self by telling them how to calm the situation down and to let go of that negative energy.

Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: Alright it was the head mod and the mod one mod was rambling about this and the other was rambling about something else and I said alright everyone calm down and we will figure this out (we didn’t Until I fully stepped in and stopped it)

    Alright so when You have to manger 2 things at a time keep two stuff open while doing them both.

    Alright so the most important value is the tasks they do every day to keep this in order.

    Alright I would teach them how to drive a car shoot a gun switch teams, and the map and once they get use to it I say if you need anything say !help.

    Fix the gun glitch if you would pull out an gun it would get stuck into the air sometimes.

The overall application is nice but requires a decent amount of work and more content in some of the questions, plus some minor grammar mistakes.
