Give us an Incident Description: during a situation with another rogue officer, he was sat in a chair while cuffed. After the first incident he claimed to not know why he was cuffed, so i uncuffed him. Then he beanbagged me, OC’d me, arrested me, beanbagged me again, etc. When i told him i was recording he instantly stopped and uncuffed me. As i was making the report he left

this is the evidence video to support my claim. Sorry for there not being audio and it cut out before he actually started beanbagging me. But it still clipped where he cuffed me and before he used his beanbag. I hope this all helps
