Give us an Incident Description: While attempting to place an armed individual in custody, the user who was not involved in the situation interfered with the situation and RDMED maxim_yeet2 by shooting him in the back of the head as he was speaking with the suspect in our scenario. The user was not involved in the scene and executed him without provocation.
