Give us an Incident Description: Observed a shooting between officers on the ground and suspects on the Tavern roof. Once roof was cleared and it was announced via radio comms that it is clear, Officer jcain028 who failed to utilize his radio and equipment (FRP) shot the officer who cleared the roof. I attempted to intervene and at the time I did not have a complete review of the recording therefore got the wrong guy. Officer jcain028 began opening fire again - this time killing me (in the crossfire - ???)
