Give us an Incident Description: Well it started when me and a deputy was chasing down a suspect which eventually came to a end behind dennys when I popped the suspect's tires, after the suspect's vehicle popped out the suspect step out of his car then the deputy was involved of the pursuit came up and tase the suspect and then grabbed so it seem normal at first till the suddenly in secs the suspect let go the suspect and stright up one tapped him.

Additional members involved/witnessing: a civ saw it happended but he didn’t seem to care that much tho
