Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team? Because its always been my passion to become a STAFF member and i have many times before, i really like to be staff because of its Friendly people, Friendly owner, and etc, i like to become staff because its been my dream to always become it now i have been admin or mod like 5 times now and i really like to be staff. What excites me is The people that i help they learn and the more they learn they get better at roleplaying I really hope that i get in i think i will be a great staff member in this community and a good influence. My goals are going to be Be the best staff member i can be in this community.
What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team? My strengths are that i can type fast without making a spelling mistake and i know that i can be the best at helping people. I was an head admin in a different game and i loved it, i was mod 4 times in other games. and admin in other games.
Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role: I forgot the names to many, and i already descripted my roles above
How would you handle a conflict between two community members? Alright, everyone calm down stop it or you will be moderated, What is the problem? (they say the problem) Okay to fix this you guys say sorry and dont moderate you or i moderate you and you will be getting a warn for fighting inside of the game.
Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: Alright i was in between a fight and things got a little heated with saff members i was head admin they were MOD and i said if you guys dont stop fighting then you to might get your self fired and they stopped.
How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities? I would shout STOP BEFORE I FIRE ALL OF YOU and if they dont i would strike them until strike three and there out of the team.
What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? Because without staff this game would be bad and no one would play
How would you support and encourage new members of the community? Hey sir this is mountain Interactive and welcome i will teach you through the steps (i would teach them how to get a gun the rules and how to drive a car) Is there any questions you would like to ask?
What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them? I wish to become head of staff. and i would just work hard.
Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them? I have none currently.
